How many people can you photograph in one day?

Team Headshot Days are designed for groups of 10 or more. Depending on the setup and schedule, I can comfortably photograph 10–40+ people in a single day. Larger teams can be accommodated with half-day or full-day coverage.

Where do the headshots take place?

All corporate headshots are photographed on-site at your office, hotel, or conference venue. I bring a professional, portable studio setup so no external studio visit is required.

How long does each person take?

Each team member typically spends 5 minutes being photographed and 2 minutes buffer. I guide them through posing to ensure they feel comfortable and confident, while keeping the process efficient.

What should employees wear?

Once your session is booked, I provide simple wardrobe guidance you can share with your team to help everyone look polished and cohesive without overthinking it.

Do you provide posing guidance?

Yes — this is a key part of the experience. I give clear, professional direction so employees don’t feel awkward or unsure in front of the camera. No modeling experience required.

How many images are included?

The number of final edited images per person depends on the size of the team and the selected experience. Additional images can always be purchased if needed.

How are the images delivered?

Each participant receives access to an individual online gallery where they can download their final images. Galleries include both web-ready and high-resolution files.

When will we receive the images?

Can we use the images for our website and marketing?

Yes. All corporate headshot experiences include a company usage license for websites, LinkedIn, internal materials, and marketing use.

Final images are typically delivered within 7 business days. Priority turnaround is available upon request.
